I would have given 5 stars but for some reason the management was cursing and screaming at my waiter the whole time and made me feel uncomfortable. I think that night I changed servers 2-3 times and I couldn’t find the reason. Towards the end they brought me the check and the price on a dish was different than the price on the menu ( mistakes can happen ).
They aknowledged that and brought me back the check with the difference of price as a discount. I really enjoyed the design of this place and the atmosphere however the mgmt could use some help by assigning tables to a specific server without needing to changing every 10 minutes.
One of the trendiest restaurants right now. Amazing atmosphere, cool people, visual food display. It is expensive but you are not only paying the food but 3 different floors with different ambients/options, I would rather stay at the main one however, in the gazebo area which is so beautiful. Such a posh spot!
Very good overall, no complaints at all
Great fish
Very nice place to visit in Milan
My second experience at the restaurant was mixed.
Although the food was of excellent quality, I encountered some problems (probably due to the Valentine's evening which filled almost all the seats) which negatively affected my overall experience.
First of all, I immediately noticed that the tables in the area adjacent to the bathroom were too close to each other, creating a somewhat uncomfortable atmosphere (and I was in one of those but not the ugliest).
Some customers have rightly asked to be moved to the upper floor).
The waiters, although friendly and kind, seemed to be disorganized and uncoordinated, which was confirmed by the fact that our tartare was stopped on a table in front of ours for at least 5 minutes because the waiters did not know which table it should be brought to .
I requested oil from four different waiters, but none of them were able to bring it to me. In the end I had to ask the table next to us. This type of disorganization is hardly acceptable from a restaurant of this level, especially considering the final bill.
Despite these issues, the food we ordered was of excellent quality and well prepared. However, what was reported in the first part compromised the overall experience a bit. I hope that the restaurant manages to improve the organization of the staff in the future, because the food served certainly deserves to be enjoyed without distractions.
First of all, the environment is perfect in every detail, from the lights to the design - the atmosphere on the veranda transfers you to a very elegant and international dimension.
Then the very efficient service always marked by a beautiful smile. Finally the menu: each dish is an explosion of taste and freshness. There is the work of a great chef, the research, the aesthetic framework. The price - not even that high - is more than justified. Based on my experience, an equivalent of this restaurant in Paris, London or New York would cost at least double so I don't understand the whining I read here from some Italian customer who obviously having money tight and flashes of social envy, should opt for a another kind of place. Highly recommended.
Very nice restaurant, down to every detail. Nice to see that there is a door as if it were a house where you have to use the intercom. Impeccable welcome. Not a very large menu but very high quality. Very refined and well prepared dishes. Waiters who explain in detail all the dishes to order. High price but in line with the quality and services offered. Advised
